A brand new similar office system at below 400, shipping from germany. Like this one with Win 10.

That's not similar, it's better than this overpriced ebay-pc which people in Germany still keep buying but it's worse than the one TS is selling - oh, and what about Fortnite on the apu? Shipping it from Germany will add about €20 if you can find a dealer willing to ship it, and then let's hope you never need to send it - or parts of it - back.

@SavageNeo

Actually, the Lenovo trash-case may be a better sell than the cheap SilentiumPC case. Or offer the choice to those who are interested.

Yeah well, you sure need a used GPU. But if you even count in a shipping of 20€, you still have 50€ budget if you have to stay in the up to 450€ budget that this used PC is priced at max and it will be a lot better then the 750ti and better then the system the TS is selling.

Is it so hard for sellers to ship to finland within the EU? Why shouldn't they do it? Also, if something is faulty and within the warranty, you don't have to pay for any shipping. Its still better then having no warranty on a private purchase of an used system.

A lot of people refuse to get a whole pc shipped from a foreign country, for a reason. And sending back at no costs from another country does work sometimes, but usually it does not. Ok, Amazon, let's check what they have to offer for Finland-Buyers who want to spend €300-400 on a pc? You'll be astonished on what offers you receive. Fx 8800 anyone, or an I5 4570 with integrated graphics, and only €32.90 shipping? Or a Ryzen barebone starting from €390 which you may want to configure, up to 32gb, Ryzen 2700x, 1660ti, at additional costs of course.

Quite a lot of people just want a working pc without the need to change anything, not even the graphics card. I can for sure get/give better hardware, like you as well. We know what we're buying and what we can expect, but that doesn't apply to the vast majority of people.
