Need help choosing a PSU

Trying to find a good trusted 750watt hopefully semi or full modular for $100 or less 

Everyone I look at starts with terrible reviews

have you seen the PSU tier list? Also, what system are you powering that you need 750 watts?

I've seen it just its a little confusing first time builder and already got everything else was gonna get a 600 psu from Apevia but didnt trust that cheap of a PSU.
