Integer Scaling on Nvidia GPUs?

Can someone confirm that integer scaling is possible on a GTX 1060 (or a Quadro 4000) ? I read that Nvidia recently added support in their drivers, but I can't seem figure out how to work it. FYI, I'm trying to scale 1080p across each of three 4K monitors (obv. no way I can game on three 4K panels with a 1060. The games in question are not necessarily new AAA titles, as they include some emulated retro classics and older racers and flight sims.
