Im not sure about the motherboard, please help, are these specs any good? this will be my first ever pc. i dont want to buy a future mess .

- AsRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4S

 

- 16GB Trident Z RGB Neo DDR4-3600mhz

 

- 1TB KIOXIA M.2 Nvme SSD

 

- 650Watt RGB 80Plus PowerSpec "EVGA" power Supply

 

- 240Ml Cooler Master. MasterLiquid ML240L RGB water cooler

 

- Kediers ATX Open Frame Gaming Case with 5 ARGB fans

 

- Windows 10 Pro witg Office 2019

Mostly gaming . Fortnite. Escape from tarkov . Gtav . COD . FPS shooters

 

Budget : 1500 - 2000

ive just never heard of that mobo, don’t want it to bottleneck

Motherboards don't really effect bottlenecks.

 

Don't get a 9900k for gaming. I'd recommend a 3700x. They're best in class right now.

Buying 9th gen when Intel's next gen is already coming on a new socket? Totally a recipe for future mess. Also dont buy low end boards if you pick a high end CPU.

which one? Toshiba (they renamed SSD brand name to Kioxia for whatever dumb reason) makes multiple SSDs.

I'm pretty sure that's not from EVGA, EVGA doesnt put RGB on their PSUs.

one of the worst performing 240mm aio, you can beat this with the largest of air coolers. Also not the most reliable thing ever.

That all depends on your budget. You can buy a $1000 x570, or a $150 solid B450
