Just checking, temps slightly concerning

Should all fans connected to the pump display? I have them plugged into the pump and the pump is plugged into a commander pro, Wich in turn is in a USB header. Also when booting it seems to restart, and the power supply fan spins up hard. 

Second picture is regarding why it always says CPU fan error
