ECC Memory Compatibility

Hey all, I know there's a lot of ECC threads online, but I wanted to see if anyone knows if registered ECC memory will work in my config(this one exactly: http://tiny.cc/wfkakz). I have an Asus P8H61-M LX2 with a Intel Xeon E3-1220, will it work with registered ECC memory? If not, will it work with any ECC memory, as they're a lot cheaper than regular memory.
