So its like my mobo cant even hold an xmp profile. Whenever I turn on the xmp profile on my Aorus X570 Eliete to 3600, I will get the "Kernel Power error". I didnt even realize, but I was running at 2133 for a week or so and I didnt crash at all. Is this a problem with my ram, mobo or something else?

Have you updated the bios on your board? There were some updates that resolved some of those issues in recent revisions.

Be sure to @Pickles von Brine if you want me to see your reply!

Hm... that is really odd. What ram are you running? How many sticks? I know sometimes these boards can be a little fussy.

Try installing a single stick and enabling XMP profiles and see if the issue occurs. If it doesn't, do the other stick and try again. If it does do it, try it with the other(s) and see what it does. May just be a incompatibility issue with your ram or bad ram.

It looks like some people are having issues with others are not. Maybe it is the RAM? really weird. Try doing what I suggested above and see what happens.

I tried what you said but it didnt crash, I dont know what to do. What would you think is more likely to be the problem?

Are you running at maximum speed? Did you set XMP profiles? If everyting is behaving then I would say leave it be and keep an eye on it.

@Nickolass

I just did some digging and looks like your issue may be power supply relayed. What powers supply do you have?

other possibility that I found is your CPU is faulty. Have you tried running a memtest with all your ram installed?

https://www.memtest86.com/download.htm

Download the USB version and put it onto a flash drive and test your system. See if the issue happens. It is possible the memory controller on your CPU is bad. This is after doing some digging about your system.

Poeple have been pointing to one of two solutions:
Power supply
Processor
Motherboard

There are other possibilities as well. Feel free to dig into this thread for more info.

Maybe more people could chime in and cover something I am not... Kinda at a loss honestly without more details. Can you show what the error you have is in event manager and also a picture of any BSODs you get?
