I have x570 aorus elite. It has 4 fan headers ( 2 sys fans , 1 cpu fan and 1 cpu opt fan ) . My front 3 case fans are connected to one sys fan header and a rear case fan is connected to other sys fan header. I am buying 2 ml140 to put on top for better airflow but have no idea where can I put them. Can I use cpu opt fan header to connect case fans ?

Sure, but you can also just move one of those front fans to the top, and do 2 intake 2 exhaust, its likely plenty...

Unless your CPU and GPU are getting to hot, its likely not worth the price to buy the extra fans tbh. Certainly nothing wrong with those fans, but, just my .02.

My case front is restricted. I have Corsair spec delta and I am using ryzen 7 3700x. People with same processor and a good airflow case are saying that thier max temps are reaching 62 , mine is reaching 66. So thinking to put 2 more intake fans at top.

It will create a positive airflow but I hope it will work.

CPU_OPT is usually duplicate of CPU_FAN. If its not, you can find out by reading from manual. But if they are, CPU_OPT will apply same settings to fans as what fans connected to CPU_FAN. So best case scenario is that you use 2 CPU fans in those.

I mean, 66c is totally fine. I wouldn't waste any money trying to reduce that temp. IS that under load? My way over the top water cooling setup gets my 8700k under game load to mid to high 50's.... granted, I am going for silence, all of my fans are ~650-700 RPM under that load, but still. Point is, 66c at full load is TOTALLY fine, great even! Not at all worth spending money to reduce.

CPU's are built to run 24/7/365 at load, and load typically is higher than 66c. Your CPU will last WAY longer than you will want it to last, even if it ran at 66c all day, every day, for the next 5 years straight :)
