Do I need an AIO for my R5 3600 which I use only for Gaming......

While gaming for like 4 hours I noticed my temps reaching 84° nd again coming down to the 70s

Specs:

Cpu:R5 3600

Mobo:b450 aorus elite

Case:Antec DF500

I mentioned the case because I am planning to buy the Cooler master mL120L rgb to see if it is compatible....Nd also what are the chances of an AIO leaking.

Thanks :-;

What are the ambient temps in the room?  I'm assuming you're using the stock cooler?  What is the air flow in your case like?  What GPU are you using?

Just -.05 offset it. Stock cooler, I don't see it past 75. I don't see any perceivable performance hit.

You'll want to do before and after testing when using a negative offset to make sure that clock stretching isn't kicking in.  The CPU won't report different speeds so you can't simply watch the clocks.  Run some Cinebench and compare the scores.

Well i stay in India nd the temps at present r around like 20-25

Yes I am using the stock cooler

Gpu:Rtx 2060

I have 3 120mm fans in front that pulls the air in nd 3 on top which pulls the air out and one 120mm fan on the back which pulls the air out too

I hope u get it?

What size AIO are you considering?

120mm

I'd imagine it would be better than the stock cooler, but I'd recommend a larger air cooler.

CPU will report lower boosted clocks if you set the offset too high. Stretching won't be an issue with that little of a voltage offset. I had done that and got same scores on r20.

That's good to know.  I'm assuming the reporting was something that AMD changed as folks were saying it didn't show the slower clocks when the CPU was new.
