I went a little overboard on the PSU, you could easily save $30 on it by going with a lower end model like the EVGA B500+ and you could also save money on the case. From there, you could put more money towards the gpu or towards peripherals. You could also go a bit cheaper on the motherboard but...

I would especially opt in to buying a new/openbox/used 1080p60hz PLS monitor in ebay, I got one for $68.70 and it overclocks to 80-85hz pretty easily.
