I'm pretty sure my harddrive died in my Samsung all in one. I tried going into the BIOS and manually configuring the boot with safe boot disabled. That didn't work. So I bought a new 500 gb harddrive. I've installed it into my machine, I know it's there because with my old harddrive I didn't have (uefi os or uefi and csm)as an option to boot. Without being able to use my old drive to format my new one is there anyway to get my system to boot?

First of all why do you want to format your new drive? Shouldn't it be empty already?

Second of all do you have a 16 gig flash drive and another device to create an installation tool for windows 10? Because this way you will be able to get into windows after installing it on your new hdd.
