Well, i have a prebuilt HP desktop pc. (HP Pavilion Desktop PC 570-p0xx)

As of right now it has a i5-7400, a Gtx 1050 2gb and (apparently) only a 180W power supply (80 plus rating).

I want to upgrade the gpu to a Gtx 1650. Both Gpus are rated at 75W.

My current gtx 1050 is overclocked but the stock speeds are the same as comparable gtx 1050s. (what i want to say is that the current isnt factory underclocked or something like that)

My question is will the upgrade work and IF yes which gtx 1650 model you would recommend.

you probably should be ok as long as you don't go for any large beefy cards

This card from Zotac should work, and should fit most systems

Thanks a lot! Do you have a reason why you chose the Zotac Gtx 1650 and not some other short gtx 1650?

There are a lot of mini 1650 models (it was pretty much designed for upgrading any system possible) so its up to you depending which one you like. Again as long as you dont go for any 1650 with a heavy OC and fits your case, you should be fine. I also wouldn't recommend manually OC'ing just to keep power draw low
