Does the bios show the temp in farenheit or celcius.

Anything, really. Some do it in Celsius, some do it in Fahrenheit, some do it in both.

Remount your cooler, and insure than your CPU fan is in the correct header. Is it the American Megatrends screen? if it is just go into the BIOS and disable the post-post screens.

I am getting great temps on realtemp so no need for me to remount the cooler and my CPU fans are DEFINATELY in the correct header. It is the American Megatrnds but im wondering what will post post screens do and where to turn it off?

It will just do your motherboard post. I don't have a computer that runs windows in front of me, so i can't take a picture to demonstrate. The way i got around it last time was that i just disabled all screens other than the motherboard post screen.

Check if its tightly connected to the fan headers?

Just remove the fan plug them again as instructed in manuals I referenced to my MB manual to connect it and poof it got solved ;) if not i hope any other person can solve your problem  ;)

Well on my h100i im not using the Y cable I have my fans plugged into CPU Fan and CPU Fan Optional. My mobo has 2 cpu fan headers so they go directly into the mobo. Another thing, how do I get the Corsair link software to recognize my h100i?

Just connect the Corsair Link cable to a USB header on your motherboard as stated on official site and your software will recognize it ;) and you didnt say you had a water-cooled rig(i think so its water-cooled AFAIK) ;) just check those fan cables again ;) if they are loose or not or ask a technician (call if you know anybody and get support on the go)
