Streaming Desktop to Firestick (Not Via Miracast!) --- Please Help!

Hey folks, I am looking for some assistance.

 

 

What I have

I have bought myself a Firestick 4k.

I have bought myself a nice new router:  Belkin AC1900 Wireless Dual Band AC+ Gigabit Gaming Router

PC with windows 10.

 

 

What I hope to achieve

The ability to "Stream" my desktop pc over to the firestick using the router. (Even if there is no internet connection.)

 

Are there any official apps or services that will achieve this?
I know parsec is a thing but it is a pain to setup every time I want to cast, and i would have to re-learn a whole lot of information and spend many hours debugging problems.
Is it possible to use some kind of Nvidia shield software? Or Nvidia Experience?
Is there any functionality built into Windows that I am missing? (Not Miracast, it will not work because my pc is connected via gigabit ethernet to the router and does not have a wifi card, and would also render the router pointless.
