Ram overloading and gpu not running

Hi I have a i5-4200u

Whenever I try running a heavy gameon my laptop the ram and CPU usage is 100% and the gpu tests at 10%

Gpu engine-integrated Intel 

Cpu-i5-4200u

Ram-8gb

The ram shows 3gb cashed data 

Tried resetting my laptop 

Didn't help in performing
