Firstly the power supply is bad. Get the cx600 its better and more reliable and its cheaper(many problems with the gs600 ive seen). The fx8350 is a lot better then the 8320 and i dont think its that much more expensive as well.

change the CPU to a FX8350. its not that much more expensive

get a better PSU. if you are tight on the budget get a 500-550W because you wont need more than that unles you are going to Crossfire later on.

and please get a Barracuda drive from seagate, dont get a green drive if you dont have a separate boot SSD, even if you did dont get a green drive because  its way too slow and not responsive enough.

get a faster 7200RPM drive from Seagate they are very reliable.

and unless you are paying anything less than $30 for that CPU cooler. change it to a Coolermaster Hyper212 evo its arounf $35 and cutrrently im using that on my 2500k running at 4.6Ghz until i get a replacement for my H100( i broke it not a manufacture  fault or bad unit)

otherthan that it looks solid to me.

one other thing. dont drop a ton on RAM just get G.Skill Ram with 1600mhz and you will be fine. and they look good too.

I agree with you (amintha1992) on the upgraded CPU and especially the WD Green to a Seagate. The Green drive would not give you the performance you'll need. That will be a huge bottleneck. I would suggest an SSD for your system boot drive instead of a mechanical drive. Use your mechanical drive as storage and/or extra apps/games. Plus, Seagate, in my experience, outlast and out-perform any and all WD drives. IE... When I first started out playing with hardware, I went with nothing but WD and was extremely disappointed when I had three WD Drives fail on me within a year. Since then all I buy and use are either Seagate drives or Hitachi drives.

Good luck with your build!

Make sure you get a memory module kit (pairs or 4x) as single one module is not ideal for DDR3. you should look into the spec of the m/board and see what recommended memory kits they suggest.

Sata 3 is good yes, on all drives.

maybe you should look into a blue ray / dvd drive

if you want to save on cost the FX6300 is a good buy and save on power consumption (95w vs 125w) the 8 core will only benifit if your doing lots of high end video editing / professional designing work etc, a good 6 core would be better for games if your on a budget.

got to love Asus components
