my one suggestion is you might be able to go with a cheaper brand M.2 to get more capacity on your solid state storage. For a starter build you don't need the fastest M.2 drive out there. I have an 1TB Inland M.2 that I got for $99 and I think the Intel 660p typically goes for around 90-$100. Especially on sale.

starter for what exactly? and you don't have any ram

 

regardless, this will have some pretty significantly better value

assuming you wanna upgrade the CPU down the line and toss a GPU in
