windows search bar not working

hey guys I am one of the very few people who uses the windows search bar a lot and use it to open all of my apps, anyway whenever I type something in the the preview does not appear and nothing happens, like what is happening on the image attached. as you know it should come up with the search results atleast

do you guys have any recommendations on what I could do to fix it

Try to update windows as it should be patched by now.
