$2000 Build

Looking to do a new build but have a no more than $2000 US price tag. Luckily I have my accessories all up to date so I'm able to put all $2000 into the pc considering that what are my best options. The computer will be used for Gaming and 4k video editing. I have two 144 hz 27 in monitors that ill be using with it. Looking to start new after my previous pc was destroyed.
