Random shutdown while playing

Hi, like a week ago when i first time play BF V my pc restart after like 20 minutes, no fast spinning fans on cpu or gpu, nothing just restart, so i started playing playing bf v and next restart after 5 minutes. Temperatures on gpu around 52 and CPU 45, running over 50 minutes with OCCT power supply load didn't cause restart or overheating. Memtest after 3 hours of testing show up 0 errors, trying playing with or without XMP profile and OC, still same issue . After installing fresh WIN 10 64 bit and all drivers for nvidia and for chipset, still nothing change, bios on newest version 2019-10-22, i even check PSU with multimeter while playing bf V and get 12.21V on shutdown. Now after playing overwatch for like 1,5h this happend again and first time in other games than bf V.
