RAM Speeds & problems

My ram is labeled to go up to 3200 MHz, but it doesn't even tell me the memory speed in the task manager. Also when i go into the bios, the PC only boots into windows at 2800 MHz. Anyone know whats going on?

You're not at the correct timings for 3200mhz

You haven’t put down what mobo you have. If you have XMP profile in your bios enable your ram to run at 3200 Mhz.

Get cpu-z, and maybe some other tools first. The 2800mhz, is that cpu- or memory-clock?

in CMD Prompt type 

wmic memorychip get speed

or just use CPU-Z
