Stuttering in CSGO

Hey, my specs are:

Asus strix x570-E motherboard.

Ryzen 7 3700x

Asus strix 5700 XT

32gb g.skill trident z neo @3600mhz

adata sx6000 lite (thats where csgo is stored)

250gig samsung ssd

1tb toshiba hdd

 

I have a big problem with csgo. The fps fluctuates beetween 400- 60 and makes the game unplayable. 

My msi afterburner shows that i have 350 fps uncabbed, but my monitor's software shows that the fps fluctuates beetween 144-60 and it really feels like ass.

I have full hd 144hz freesync monitor. I have tried so many things.

Tried to uncap fps. Did not work. Tied to cap fps @144hz did not work.

Tried to enable disable freesync, did not work

Messed with radeon anti-lag, radeon image sharpening and radeon chill. Did not work

 

Sometimes i am able to play whitout stutter, but thats rare since the stutter suddenly comes back.

Temps are fine.

What kind of load is your pc under when playing CS:GO?
Have you checked task manager that you're not getting CPU spikes when the drop in FPS occurs?

the lag spikes are constant. Constant stutter. Fps going beetween 400-60 as i play. The lag spikes just do not happen, they are constant

cpu usage stays beetween 9-15% and gpu beetween 30-55%

When its starts to really stutter cpu usage jumps to 20% but nothing else

You can try to install AMD Chipset Driver or turn off hept
