OK, first try updating to the latest BIOS version, just in case its a BIOS bug.

If that doesn't help then lets try configuring the BIOS and making sure the HDD is formatted correctly

First shut down and physically disconnect all HDDs and SSDs except the one you want Windows on. This is an important step for later so don't skip it.

Next boot into BIOS and set the following...

Compatibility Support Module or CSM - Off or Disabled

Fast Boot - On or Enabled

Secure Boot - On or Enabled

Save settings and reboot

Insert the Windows Installer and boot from it

As soon as you get to the screen that says Install Windows press Shift & F10

Type these commands one at a time pressing enter after each one...

Diskpart

Select Disk 0

Clean

Exit

*Note that if you have other drives connected then it won't be Disk 0 and you will format the wrong drive

Close command prompt with the X

Run through setup normally

When you get to the partition screen just click Next, DO NOT try to manually partition anything, let Windows do it for you

After install is finished it SHOULD boot normally

After the 10 seconds it boots normally. Can you tell me how to fix this?

Thanks in advance

Check the boot order in BIOS and make sure your Windows drive is number one in the list.

Actually I don't know how to update this mainboard BIOS here.

Can you help me in this case?

Should I just take this 4.3 Version? https://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/Z390 Extreme4/index.asp#BIOS

edit:

It works fine now! The BIOS update itself solved it as far as I can tell right now.

I'm glad I didn't had to do more.

Thanks @Master Disaster
