Hi guys. I'm trying to overclock my 4930k to about 4.2Ghz, but I have never done overclocking before and need some help. So far, I know that the CPU Vcore should be offset. I was suggested to try setting the multiplier to 42 and 1.3V. However, there are so many voltage options and I don't know which one he was talking about.. Never got a reply back :( From the screenshots, could you help me which ones I should change?

Bump up the multiplier and set the voltage using intervals of 0.001-0.005

If the overclock doesn't work hard shut down boot into the uefi/bios and change the voltage however only tweak the voltage if the multiplier is making the voltage run unstable

How do you check the voltage stability?

Which voltage?

That question right there tells me that your not quite ready to be overclocking yet, but it doesn't mean you

wont get there, remember that CPU is important, you PC is a paperweight without it, so it's important you

don't fry it by getting something incorrect in a major way, good idea by the way posting here before doing

anything, shows your smart enough to know, you don't quite know exactly what your doing yet,

Refer to this link here http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/41234-intel-haswell-4670k-4770k-overclocking-guide/ and please read up before you begin,

it will be give a better understanding, and make it so you won't panic if and when things go wrong, because it is overclocking, your pc

will crash, trust me, but as long as you do everything right, you'll get a feel for what your cpu can and can't handle

Edit: I also recommend you look at this thread as well, as i feel it's more in-depth and detailed
