Motherboard

I am looking to change from a Z97 to a X570 chipset. Will I have to do anything to prepare for it like BOIS Flash or anything? What would change will I install this new motherboard?

You will need a compatible cpu at first, but every compatible one doesn't require a newer bios to boot, howerver I'd reccomend updating the bios for better stability once you have booted it and ensured it works.

So I should have no problems whenever I install my new MB and a whole new CPU?

If you get x570,you can install any ryzen processor.. When you do,i recommend that you update the bios to the latest version..

Depending on the board, I think 1st gen Ryzen may not be supported, better to check on the compatibility at the vendors website, eg

It's not a big deal... I highly doubt anyone would buy a first gen Ryzen and an x570 board TBH, but just in case it's always a good idea to check compatibility. If they're buying first gen Ryzen with an x570 they have a very unwise parts list.
