Problem with the KillerTM E2500 Gigabit LAN controller

Hi, so the problem is that my isp provides me with ~300/40 internet connection, but on my computer which has this KillerTM E2500 Gigabit LAN it's around ~80/40. I've connected a laptop to the router with a cable and it's indeed ~300/40 there. So I began looking for troubleshooting guides about this Killer Networking crap and nothing worked!

Please help me!

Are the "speed limits" set in the Killer app?
