DOOM Running like crap

I just bought doom to play through it for the new game coming out.

I can't play the game to save my life with my above average computer!

Ryzen 2700

Gtx 1070

16GB Ram

I have tried almost everything i could imagine.

Driver wipes, video driver update, fresh windows, verify the integrity of game files and more!

The is that my frametime goes from a safe 15ms to 0ms and jumps to 1000+ every 5 seconds its nuts.

Found out the issue. It was a bluetooth adapter go figure!
