¹ I want this air cooler but i could use alternative cpu cooling like air cooling or liquid cooling (prefered rgb)

² which is better 9900k vs 9900ks

that's quite a bad cooler, not suitable to cool a 9900k. I'd recommend a noctua dh-15 instead.

secondary storage can be sata instead of nvme. curcial mx500 is a good option and should be much cheaper.

if you don't play on both at the same time, there's no point in having both at 240hz.
