I think my front USB port has something wrong. Did you know how to remove front USB port in cabinet from motherboard..

If the above doesn't help, 

You may also have a short between the motherboard and the case.

Ensure that that the motherboard is not touching metal, beside the motherboard stand offs.

Some cases may have metal dust residue from fabrication, ensure that the case is clean and the motherboard, behind, is clean (used compressed air, or a very soft clean brush to dust off what you might not see.)

 

Personally, I always ensure that teh case is clean before installing my motherboard, especially on more budget oriented cases.
