Freesync issues

Hey guys, I recently upgraded to a freesync monitor and so far I'm really liking it. However I'm having a weird issue and I'm not sure if it's a problem or if didn't configure freesync the correct way. 

 

The issue I'm currently experiencing is that when I play a video on Youtube at 1080p 60fps whilst in game on my main 75hz freesync monitor it drags the fps down to 60 instead of 75 in my games. As soon as I pause the video on my second monitor which is running at 1080p 60hz, my game on the main monitor goes back up to 75fps. 

 

Here's some info that might be useful, em I got a GTX1660TI, Ryzen 5 2600, 16GB ram, hooked up to the 2nd monitor (so the 60hz one) an Elgato HD60 Pro, all the latest updates are installed and I obviously enabled the G-Sync compatibility mode.
