Splitter cable for mini itx

Building a mini itx pc(my first ever pc), and I’m using an MSI B450i gaming plus AC, and the mobo has only 2 fan headers, and in the case I’ve chose, I plan on using 3 case fans+the CPU cooler.  Would it make absolutely any difference if I connected all 3 case fans to one fan header through a splitter cable?

you can actully get a hub instead of a splitter, that can plug into the SATA 12v on your PSU, and also you can get them with wireless remotes to control your RGB and fan speeds, ive heard that more then 2 120mm fans on oneheader can decrease fan performance
