I have a 1950x Threadripper + an Msi GTX 970 as a streaming PC.
Now the question is whether the video card is also enough for video editing with Premiere Pro.

I previously edited my videos with VSDC Free Video Editor. And that went fine.
So the question is: Do I also have to upgrade my video card?

Wont be the fastest but depending on what you do it will be fine. Idd try it first and then see if you want to upgrade or not. But it will be supported and use the GPU, like you can see in the link  @Radium_Angel posted
