Second GPU not showing display (AMD)

I hope this is the right place for this issue.

 

I recently did a cpu+mobo upgrade as i got a second GPU, Radeon RX vega 64 asus strix.
As my old mobo did not support the 2x 16x PCIe

I preformed a clean install (from an usb from around 2017) for my windows 10 Pro.
As soon as i booted only 1 screen showed up, then installed some updates and drivers everything worked fine.
One day later i noticed it did not install all updates and now it wanted me to update the Bluetooth drivers (wich i did according to windows: aka.ms/realtek_bt_1_5)
Now i am updated to Windows 10 version 1909 (2) Here it all began.

I have tried to re-install AMD drivers, without any success.
My GPU is findeble in the Device manager, aswel as in the AMD software.

Checked the BIOS but it said that both the GPU's where running in their 16x config.
I already tried an sfc /scannow wich was suggested on some forums but this was without any success.

 

Any help is appreciated

- Asus ROG Strix X299-E Gaming

- I9-9820X

- 2x AMD Vega 64 Asus strix

- Gskill trident-Z 2x 8GB (3600 MHz)

- 500GB Samsung 970 EVO m.2

EDIT:

I tried to install the offical drivers that Asus has on their website version 18.10.16, i saw the monitor flashing and showing my background. Then it turned back off. Ran the updater so i have the latest update > it flashed again and turned off.

I removed the latest updates of windows that i installed today. Yet it does not show the monitor anywhere.

I just figured it out....
I went to play in some settings of the Radeon software, and found the following setting:

Image quality > Advanced > AMD Crossfire, as soon as i turned this off my screen came to life.
