Just making a post to see if anyone else is suffering from this same issue.

I have been having this issue occur for over a month now (since late November/early December), and most of the time, this is a daily experience. In short, every day when I login for the first time after logging off the device overnight, the computer does not recognize their graphics card. I have followed their instructions, which is to shut down, wait about 5 minutes, and try launching again. Alternatively if that doesn't work, re-installing the graphics drivers can sometimes solve it. The computer is basically unusable in this state. Low resolution, and runs like a potato.

I am spending about 30 minutes to an hour and half every day before I can even use their service, which consists of reinstalling drivers and rebooting the device 4-5 times. I am generally happy with the service when it is working, but this is getting to be unreal. I asked for a refund or other type of compensation (1 free month) for having to deal with this while they work out the issue, as I have probably spent a combined 20+ hours now just getting the device to work. They have declined this request. Was hoping LMG or people here could help shine some light on this issue.
