I own a CM Storm Trooper, and I am looking for some good radiators. I want to cool an GTX 690 and a CPU (haswell when it comes out). I will overclock everything to the max I can get stable. I am looking to have one in the top, maximum of a 280, and one 240 in the front. However I might be able to fit a 360 in the front with no modding and i will do it if necessary.

How many radiators do I need, and how big to get good overclocks.

Depends on the fan speed you want the achieve the temps at, I think a 280 and a 240 is just enough for it to be relatively quiet.

I will buy Noctua fans for the radiators. Do you think I need to have them on max speed?

No idea tbh, I don't think anyone does, it depends on a lot of factors.

if you want to push both cpu and a 690 to the max id go phase change {just watch the humidity in the case} [same principle as a fridge and all you really need is a compressor and an expansion valve]

you should get a nice near -20 degrees

how much would it cost and would it be kind of easy to set up?

Trust me, don't even consider it. I think he was joking.

My Trooper kinda let me down, I thought i would have more space then it is. A normal 240 size at the top (nothing thick) is VERY recommended due to the space for the motherboard and the rad. for another rad in there would have to be at the bottom because if you have drives and stuff the front will take it up space.

Agreed with Zuba.  The Trooper/Stryker seems like it'd have more space than it does for rads out of the box.  A little bit of modding however can get you plenty of space.  (See TTL's Orca build)

Like Ghost said, all depends on how quiet you want the build.  The base 480mm that you'd be able to do is a good start and could definitely cool your components although you might have to run those fans a bit faster because you'll need thinner rads to fit.  Personally, I'd mod the case for a 360mm up top.  Not too hard and you really just need to know how to use a dremel.
