Computer not doing anything.

Specs :

 

Ryzen 5 2600

Auros b450 elite 

Corsair vengeance pro 

Gtx 1660 super 

Stock fan 

Evga 500 watt silver 

 

So basically this is my first computer build and before putting my pc in my case I tested it on the mobo box. The ram rgb turned on and there was a white light on the gpu. Also the mobo rgb flickered once. There was no image what so ever and I have triple checked all the cables. None of the fans spun including the cpu fan and gpu fans. 

Also wanted to say the psu I bought does not have a no fan on mode or eco mode and the psu fan doesn't turn on. Could it be a bad psu? 

 

Please help me! 

 

Update: turns out it was the motherboard

Can you get a decent-quality picture of how you have everything plugged in and cabled? Preferably, multiple pictures from different angles so we can see all the details.

Make sure you're power connectors are plugged in and seated properly, double check your CPU power connector. 

 

End all be all, take everything out and start over

Also, I didn't see a 500W silver evga PSU on their site.  Are you sure you're not talking about this one?

There's no EVGA Silver certified PSUs (at least relatively modern ones), what are you talking about ?

Found out the issue! 

 

So I did the evga PSU test and it turns out the Psu is fine, it was the motherboard!

Awesome! Did you swap the motherboard and not have the issue after that?
