I have a msi b450 tomahawk max and i enabled PBO and raised the ppt, edc and tdc and then the cpu voltage used 1.45 on average and 1.5v on idle. So i used the negative offset in the bios to negative -0.1v when i did that nothing did not happen and remained the same as before. Also, i left the multiplier on auto and turned PBO on. I tried the latest bios version but did not help. Any reason why this is happening?

Ryzen master it shows 1.5v

Hwinfo 64 shows 1.35v

Current bios version: E7C02AMS.300

CPU: RYZEN 5 2600X
