Internal USB 3.1 Gen 2 (male) to PCIe card?

Sander-91

So my case has one usb-c on the front i/o with an USB. 3.1 Gen 2 internal cable for the MB connection. But my MB don¨t have the female connection, although it has one usb-c in the rear i/o.

I was wondering if it was still possible to use the front i/o usb-c, with some sort of PCIe (or other?) adaptor?

Would this work and are there other/cheaper alternatives: https://www.amazon.com/Ableconn-PEX-UB152-Internal-Express-Adapter/dp/B07PRQWMGG?th=1

MB: msi b450 gaming pro carbon ac

Case: Fractal Design Define R6 USB-C

You could look at that one:

It's slightly cheaper with just one USB header.

I can verify that this card does indeed work. My brother has a USB-C Type 2 header for the front of the case and his motherboard doesn't have the internal header. So I got him this and it works.

if you want just to use type-C connector you can use an adapter standard internal USB3.0 to USB3.1 Type C
