does anyone here know how to use the dram calc app to tighten timing i cant afford faster ram and my ram doesnt seem to like to overclock above 3000 mhz so tightening my timings is best option for the moment

for context i wanna keep my ram on the xmp profile #2 which is 3000 mhz and just tighten the timings best i can below are some pix to help also i havent messed with the bios yet as im still learning edit the reason i want better timings is because my computer seems to hang quite a bit for example if i open a program it takes almost 60 seconds to load same goes for opening folders or files in folders
