looking at current pricing this seems to be your best option, the others are either similar and cost more or there's too little info that i have about them

Radeon RX5600XT vs Vega56. 

 

more performance for less watts? yeah. And Invidia will offer seven nanometre cards by the end of this year. I would say: 550w will be enough for 'almost' everything.
