looking at current pricing this seems to be your best option, the others are either similar and cost more or there's too little info that i have about them

parts are getting more power efficient, not less... you can do quite a lot with 550w

Just two recentish examples.

 

Ryzen 2600x vs 3600x real power consumption

Radeon RX5600XT vs Vega56. 

 

more performance for less watts? yeah. And Invidia will offer seven nanometre cards by the end of this year. I would say: 550w will be enough for 'almost' everything.
