Weird issues on first cold boot

Hello all

This might be a long post as i will have to describe most of the back story of the computer.

So i had the same parts for a long time and was starting to have some issues with my graphics card (Strix gtx970) as it wouldnt always work as i booted the computer from cold (No picture to TV). i acually thought it was my motherboard at the time as i was also having some weird audio and usb problems from time to time also.

it had done me well for over 7 years so it was time for an upgrade, So i went with a ryzen 3600, a b450 tomahawk max, Some new ram and because it was on sale i upgraded my TV to a Samsung Q90R.

all was going well at first but as the first few days went on the problem was back.

over the next month i got an M.2, a firecuda 2tb drive to replace my old steam drive and a Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 XT Nitro+.

But unfortunately the problem is still ongoing.

Since the new graphics card though i can acually use it on first boot if i wait for the graphics card to initilise which could take a minuite or 2, but unfortunately ill get some odd issues in games and the sound might go funny from time to time.

but once i restart the computer after that boot it works perfectly so i only really get once chance a day to troubleshoot it.

 

so whats left in the computer:

3 older hard drives which i have also unplugged to see if the problem persists without them and it still has problems.

EVGA SuperNOVA 1300 G2 80 Plus Gold which is a possibility but not sure why it would only cause problems on first boot.

 

Hopefully some of you guys might have some ideas as im starting to go braindead over it all... lol

i would re-install your operating system of preference and possibly clear the CMOS or update the BIOS, atm the problem doesnt seem like a hardware problem.
