Need Help , my cpu and gpu usage droping

When i'm playing GTA 5 i'm facing frame drop , my cpu and gpu usage drops sometime.please check the photo . which component i need to upgrade?

My Spec : i3 2120 , Gigabyte 1050Ti , 6GB 1333 Mhz Ram , Thermaltake 450 W PSU

CPU is the weakest part here, 2 cores is not great these days and GTA V needs 4 cores imho to work properly.

you really aren't seeming to be getting the full use out of your gpu. try upgrading your cpu first to get that 100% gpu utilization

i know my cpu bottleneck here but is those sudden frame drops happen becouse of cpu? or their could be another reason like Ram

99% sure that it's because of cpu.
