Should i change my hard disk?

My hard drive is still running, power on hours : 8437 hours, LOOLOLOLLLOLOLLOL. Holy its still holding up with these errors, Corona Virus has postponed my delivery date ahhhh, i will have to live with this for another month lol, now the computer take 15 minutes to get to the desktop, black screens, windows logo being stuck for 5 mins with the loading circle thing, after logging in, the desktop taking 5 mins to load :/
