Over clock for a 1060 6gig what would be good?

Let it OC automatically.  Google OC Scanner.  Let MSI Afterburner do its thing, it's pretty good and very close to manual overclocking.

Fan curve is up to you.  A gentle rise up to 75c 100% fan is a good bet.

So maybe from 35 to 60C have it at 30% and if it goes up set it to 70%

Your GPU should have a self stop feature, where the fan won't even turn on until it hits a threshold (around 60c I believe?).

Well in the oc thing u sent it said set the temp limit to 90

That's....no.  That will cause massive fan spikes every random burst of activity, and your temp hysteresis is set at 0 so it's gonna rump up and down all the damn time, which is bad for the fan bearings and your ears.
