I bought a new PC yesterday with this spec:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X

MB: Asus PRIME x570-p

GPU: RTX 2060 SUPER

PSU: CoolerMaster 750W

OS: Windows 10 64 bit latest update (checked for updates yesterday)

I connected everything from my previews PC and everything seem to work but the headphones that are connected to the front audio port.

My mic works just fine (also connected to the front panel). Speakers (rear panel) work and TV (HDMI to GPU) works fine. Only my headphones aren't working.

Tried reinstalling Realtek drivers multiple times both from Asus' website and Realtek's.

It seems like it's recognized in the settings (pic)

As you can see, it said "Front panel 3.5mm jack" but no sound.

Anything I can do to fix it? (tried restarting my PC of course)

Did you connect that part of front IO to your MoBo correctly?

Yes

Like GrockleTD said, it was pre-built. But like I stated, the mic is also connected to the front panel and it works and nothing seemed weird when I looked there.

Might be a stupid one but I've seen it happen. Does the device that you plugged in have its own audio controls? Check if its actually turned up or not muted.

Yeah I checked that one too lol.

Those are (cheap) Razer headphones. Checked the volume controls on them

well, if it is a local shop, is having them take a look at it an option?

It's an option of course I just hoped it's a settings issue I might have missed and would be a 5 minute fix lol.

Unless its making direct contact with the fan i would not worry to much. Most motherboards only have a passive heat sink anyway. If the fan spins you will be fine.

Also I'm assuming you already done this but try plugging the speakers (The working ones) from the back to the front and test if sound then works.
