Gigabyte Turbo GeForce RTX 2080 Single-Fan 8GB GDDR6 PCIe Video Card

Is anyone familiar with this card.  It is a blower model.  I dont see a lot about it online. I can get it for $550 USD. Is it worth it?

It's just a reference 2080 with a blower cooler, so if it's cheap, then... :)
