Programs randomly Not Responding?

Hi all!

 

So, as the title suggests, I'm having an issue with programs randomly deciding to Not respond.

 

These programs include anything, and can be at any time, but they always seem to be when I'm doing something with them, or they're loading something.

Well this is sometimes caused by programs simply taking long to load or as in one of your other post you said on your ssd it worked but not on the hdd sounds like you might have a defective hdd.

Does browsing folder on that drive that programs are cause long loading or explorer.exe crasghing? If so, then its most likely bad drive.
