HP 8200 boot "error"

Im using an old HP 8200 as my teamspeak server host.

The rear fan is (was) kinda noisy. So i decided to remove it. Then i get the 512- error no rear fan detected. - My question is:

Is there any way to disable the rear fan checker?

Or what kind of low rmp fan could i buy to replace it ? 4pin fan

Maybe plug the fan in but cut the cable or something. Why not just ignore the error?

I tried that, hence i "had" a fan :D

Because i use it as a server, for example if the power goes out, and the pc restart. Some has to go and press F1 for the pc to boot.

If it's a "proper" server where you can't even press F1 to boot easily, it should be on a UPS, even a small one.

Its not a "proper" server. Its just for me and my friends. So we can talk to eachother. I also use it for some other small stuff - network sharing files, csgo server hosting.

I see. If power outages are so common in your area that you frequently need to do this, either get a cheap fan or go to an ewaste bin and find a free UPS.

I dont want a cheap noisy fan. But do you think i can replace it with any other fan ? Like a noctua 92mm ?
