Nvidia control panel

HI!

So there is an option in Nvidia control panel, the output color format, see picture.

I have a 4k IPS HDR 10 bit monitor, what is the best option?

RGB

YCBCR422

YCBCR444

I couldn't find anything explanation to the difference.

Any help would be appreciated!

I don’t I know what the number means but this might help with the acronym part

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
