3900x what AIO should I get?

I'm buying a brand new PC and will be using the Ryzen 9 3900x. What AIO would you reccomend in terms of best cooling capability, full coverage of the chip, warranty, etc. Looking to spend $200 or less. MUST HAVE RGB

Any 360mm AIO from the big brands.  Cooler Master, Corsair, etc.
